| PRE-NATAL YOGA
"Hi Faye! I hope all is well. I have been meaning to email you to let you know that I had the baby and all is well. However, one day turns into the next and before you know it the baby is already a month old!!!
I had the baby on February 27 at 4:16pm. We named her Ava Kathleen. She was 7lbs 7ounces and 19.75 long. We are both doing great!
I wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed the yoga classes during my pregnancy. I really think it helped during labor to teach me to focus and not go crazy with all the contractions. I kept trying to "let go" of the tension during contractions and focus through them...it helped! Reminded me of the end of yoga class when we are having "nap time" and you walk us through each part of our body...I kept hearing your voice and tried to do it!

Hi Faye! I have news to share!!! Our little one arrived early, Stephen David Hoover was born on Monday night. He weighs 8 lb. 3 oz, 21 1/2 in. long. We are both doing well and adjusting to being home. I will send a picture soon!Thanks for your wonderful yoga class- I have to say breathing and knowing how to focus elsewhere and not so much on the pain during contractions was key and your class helped me do this.Thank you! "Yoga really was a great experience. I have to say that I loved coming to yoga every week of my pregnancy. I also used so much that I learned with Faye at home. I think it helped with all aspects of my pregnancy and delivery. I also loved getting to spend time with the other mothers-to-be. And everyone thay hears that I had such a short labor with the first child says that you must be in great shape, but I tell them it had to be the yoga..... I still do yoga at home when I have the time and look forward to getting beck into a routine where yoga class is part of each week. Thank you so much Faye for all your guidance. Courtney K. 11/2008

Hi Faye! On April 20th my husband and I welcomed our second daughter - Reagan Jayne. She weighed 6 lbs 12 oz and has been an absolute angel! I just wanted to thank you again for the many relaxing nights during my pregnancy. I think it helped to keep me calm throughout the labor! Here is a picture of me and my two "yoga babies" - although my oldest is not a baby anymore. I look forward to incorporating yoga into my post-natal life!!! Thank you again! N.M. 5/09
Hi Faye! Thank you again for the prenatal yoga throughout my pregnancy, I greatly enjoyed the classes and the breathing was very handy during labor! Thankfully it was a quick labor and she was out after just 4 pushes thanks to my breathing! I want to thank you for the enjoyable and relaxing Wednesday nights. | Our New Studio is equiped with the latest " I've been taking pilates with Faye for one month now and I can't believe the difference it has made for me already! It's much easier to walk up stairs, my legs and ankles feel so much stronger! I have noticed my clothes feel looser, and doing the pilates gives me a feeling of well-being. I walk into the class feeling stressed out, tired and achey and leave like I'm a new person! I feel energized, taller, centered and happy! I also love the way Faye coaches me all through the workout to do the excersize with good alignment and form protecting me from injury and helping me to get the most out of each movement. Thank you! INTRO to the EQUIPMENT |

You will be guided at your own pace through the fundamentals, and the eight progressive workouts that tone your hips and legs, abs, back, shoulders and arms. This class is required for every new student. You will learn the fundementals, breathing techniques, and get comfortable on the pilates equipment so we can assess your level, design your program, and place you in the correct semi-private class to fit your individual needs. |

You will sweat your way through sequences which are organized to maintain the challenge! Must be advanced and comfortable with Pilates II classes. New challenging combinations introduced, more advanced workout routines and moves. Must reserve and pre-pay for this class. |

| Gentle Yoga - Wednesday's 12:00 noon Faye has created a relaxing yoga class gentle enough for beginners, seniors, or anyone with special issues such as Fibromyalgia, and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Enjoy an hour of breath work, stretching and modified yoga postures, while increasing strength, flexibility, balance, circulation and overall well-being. Most students experience decreased pain, and increased energy. |

My heartbeat was up for the majority of the class which made me feel that I not only got a good workout and burned some calories, but that I really focused on the routine and more importantly on me. The savasana was so relaxing and rejuvenation. When I went home I felt like I could do anything. I took my daughter ice skating later that day (I've never been), I felt like I could get on the ice and do spins and jumps.
